[TYPO3-project-seminars] 0.7.3 : registration available after start of an event

Hello all,

we use the version 0.7.3.

Is there a way to create an event which has an open starting date, but
the registration to this event is available?
We publish eTraining courses thru the Seminar manager, with a
starting-date, but registrations should be always possible.
