Hi everybody,
during the last few weeks, we've been working hard on shiny new features
and code cleanup (refactoring) for the upcoming 0.7.0 release of the
Seminar Manager (though we still don't have a release date yet).
But before we release 0.7.0 (which means dropping support for the 0.6.x
release line), we'd like to do one more 0.6.x release. Especially, I'd
love to see as many as possible of the known bugs in 0.6.x fixed before
the last 0.6.x release and the 0.7.0 release.
For this, we (the developers) need your help. This is how you can help:
1. Knowing the bugs: When you have found a bug, please report it at the
bug tracker <https://bugs.oliverklee.com/>. Please make sure to provide
the details of your configuration and the steps to reproduce the problem.
2. Knowing your priorities: If you find some bugs particularly annoying,
please vote for them in the bug tracker.
3. Increasing the bug-fixing budget: Bug fixing takes time in which we
cannot work on new (paid) features. To increase our budget for bug
fixing (and thus the time we can spend on this), you can order a the
"bug-fix flatrate" support package. This means that we'll take care of
all bugs which you enter in the bug tracker. And even if you don't enter
any bugs, we'll use the budget to fix bugs and improve the extension.
For prices, please contact me via personal e-mail.
Best regards,
Oliver
