[TYPO3-project-seminars] How to enable to see the list of registrations (for attendees) before registration

Hello,

I want FE-Users to see who is already registered before they register 
for an event.
But the link to this list appears after they register for this event and
trying to use static links ends with missing rights to see this 
informations.

I hope there is a easy way to handle this cause I didn´t find a solution
neither in the manual nor here.
