[TYPO3-project-seminars] Redirection to thank you page

I thought I had seen this problem in the list but can't find the
reference now.
 
Intermittently I am not being redirected to the thank you page.  Instead
it just returns the registration page after the final submission....any
thoughts on the cause of this?  
 
It was working steadily as I have been testing it with the same email
address in IE7 but today it stops.  I have not made any changes to the
seminar setup. I tried a different email address in IE7 and it worked.
Then tried the original address in FireFox and it worked.  
 
I deleted all of the user accounts - most were my testing ones using one
time account - so one email address appended with numbers.  Deleted all
registrations.  Ran update.  Cleared cache in typo3 and in IE7.  Tried
again...still not redirecting to thank you page in IE7 except every once
in awhile.
