Currently we do not support anonymous registration to events. This
means: A user needs to have it's own front end user account to log in
before beeing able to register for an event.

There are two ways to achieve this:
1) You (site admin) creates accounts manually for each person that needs
one. I think you can forget about this way - it's not a good solution imho.

2) Install an extension that allows people to create an account by
themself. We were working with "sr_feuser_register" (extension is
available in the TER). Once set up, users can enter the requested
informations and create their own account. After that they can use this
account to log in and register for an event.

BTW: This is documented in the Seminar Manager manual - I'm sure!
