[TYPO3-RTE] Get rid of classesAnchor

Hm, i didn't understood Kim's answer, as the posted solution wasn't 
concerned with the question as I understood it.

Nevertheless, I'd like to know how to get rid of the 
classesAnchor-dropdown, as it's possible to disable the target-Selector 
for example. Is that possible?
