[TYPO3-RTE] Disable link verification?

I don't think so. Unless you try to apply to TYPO3 4.2 the patch that is 
now included in trunk. See http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=2714
This issue is now solved, but only in trunk (TYPO3 4.3).
