[TYPO3-RTE] Automatic Tag inserts

This sounds like it could be Microsoft's "smart tags."  They look like 
<st:country> or similar.  There is a way to turn these off in MS 
applications so that they do not appear in copy-paste.  Unfortunately, I 
can't provide instruction on how to turn them off, as I don't have 
Windows/Office.
