[TYPO3-RTE] Wrap a single tag

Hello!

I'd like to wrap the hr-Tag ("<hr>") with "<div class="hr">|</div>" on 
FE page generation. Can this be accomplished with TS?
If this is not possible: Can I replace the default definition of the 
hr-Tag with "<div class="hr"><hr /></div>"?
