[TYPO3-RTE] HTMLAREA 1.2.0 issue with fe_rtenews or news_feedit - Issue with Win XP & IE & Typo3 v4

This is due to a timing bug in IE. Please see the change log entry for 
version 1.3.1 in the manual of htmlArea RTE:
"Fix bugtracker issue 2241: Error displaying htmlarea in the frontend. 
API change: extensions using the RTE in the frontend must be adjusted! 
See tutorial section."

It appears that these two extensions would need to be adjusted.
