      (htmlArea RTE only)
     pixels
     Width and height of the editor area when edit_wideDocument is NOT set.



      Default: RTESmallWidth = 530, RTESmallHeight = 380

      options.RTELargeWidthIncrement

      options.RTELargeHeightIncrement

      (htmlArea RTE only)
     pixels
     Increments applied to the width and height of the editor area when 
edit_wideDocument IS set.



      Default: RTELargeWidthIncrement= 150,  RTELargeHeilghtIncrement = 0
