[TYPO3-project-realty] After Update: Fatal error

Dear Oliver,

i just updated from 0.3.1 to 0.4.1 and have big problems, the old 
version worked perfect. But now i get a Fatal error:

I deleted all entries and the DB has 2 Objects (UID 1+2).
If I activate one there is only the fatal error message shown.
If I hide them the Page is shown normal.

Configuration:
