[TYPO3-project-realty] City creation error

Hi to all.
I'm having a problem while creating a new city record in BE.

the error appear just after i click some "SAVE" button, whatever it is.
the error is this :

I'm following the tutorial in openoffice file, and i created
successfully three apartment types and two house types.

I'm using
typo3 4.2.1
php 5.1.6
mysql 5.0.24
realty_manager 0.2.0
