[TYPO3-paymentlib] Transaction ID could not be generated

Dear list

I'm setting up a webshop with tt_products and a payment gateway from 
QuickPay.

I get an error message on the payment page - the marker:
###MESSAGE_PAYMENT_SCRIPT###
is replaced with:
ERROR: transaction ID could not be generated

Any ideas about what causes this message?

My setup:

TYPO3 4.2.6
tt_products 2.6.1
paymentlib 0.3.0
paymentlib_quickpay 0.1.3
table 0.1.32
div2007 0.2.4

I asked the question in the list "tt_products" - and Franz Holzinger 
answered:

"This comes from the API of tt_products which bases on the
extension paysuite.
For the further development paysuite will not be used any more. It has 
been merged with paymentlib.
You should ask on the newslist paymentlib or extension coordination 
about paymentlib_quickpay. You can ask to take over the extension 
paymentlib_quickpay and develop it."

Does anybody here use QuickPay gateway - and did you do it?
