[TYPO3-irre] Simple issue on child records

Hello

I was trying to develop a toy extension to show how Typo3 works to a
friend and was buffled by something very simple about IRRE.

I was trying to reproduce the basic example from 
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/core-documentation/doc_core_api/4.3.0/view/4/2/#id2529282
(attributes on anti-symmetric intermediate table)

How do I get that the select form shows value from the a choosen field
(in the esmple, Company)? I just get values from the uid field. How am I
supposed to configure that?
