[TYPO3-irre] empty first option in selectbox

Hi,

I would like to use a selector (size => 1). When I do this, the first 
value is the first value in the table. This means this cannot be 
selected...
I tried adding items => array(array('',0)) like when using the select 
type instead of inline. This does not work though...

Typo3 4.3

Is this a know issue? Is it a bug or am I missing something?
