[TYPO3-irre] No drag&drop after synchronizing languages

Hi,

I observed the following behavior: I created IRRE elements in the 
default language, then synchronized a translation. All the new items 
were copied fine but:

1) when children items had already been localized, the newly synchrized 
children appeared last, although this was not the proper sorting in the 
default language. This could be avoided by checking the relationship 
between items and their translation and adjusting the sorting.

2) more disturbingly however, children items cannot be drag&drop'ed 
anymore. When all children were created during synchronization none of 
them can be drag&drop'ed (although order can be changed by moving up or 
down). When some children already existed the behavior is completely 
erratic as drag&drop reacts only in some positions.

Has anyone observed a similar behavior? I couldn't find a relevant bug 
report.
