[TYPO3-irre] update 4.1.2 -> 4.2.1. Irre does not work any more.

Hi Mario,

I hope you found the solution to these errors in the meantime, as your 
post is from 4 months ago :)
However, I just ran into the same myself, upgrading from 4.1.7 to 4.2.2.

Symptoms are:
- the infamous "You're login has probably expired. Do you want to 
refresh now?"
- 404 error on creating child records, or expanding existing records

Fortunately the solution is very simple: clear the browser cache :)
Found this bugreport after googling on the javascript error 
"TBE_EDITOR.addNested is not a function":
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=8228

(Note: the 404 error was caused by a reference to typo3/alt_doc_ajax.php 
which doesn't exist anymore, but the ref to this file apparently still 
existed somewhere - in cached js? Not sure where that could have been.)
