[TYPO3-irre] update 4.1.2 -> 4.2.1. Irre does not work any more.

I have just update from 4.1.2 to 4.2.1 and tried the hotel tutorial.
I am at the 1:n comma separated value page. If I try to create a Hotel
and then a Offer record (as a child) I only get a 404 error pop up and
nothing else.
Also, if i try to edit a hotel record, the form shows its childs but it
does NOT show its title.
(Indeed maybe I run into a general issue here, since if I try to edit a
page record, the form does NOT show its PageTitle.)

Is it something known? a bug?
If I go back to 4.1.2, everything works fine.
Any help is welcome.
