[TYPO3-irre] Attempt to modify record (''tablename:0) without permission.

Hello,

somehow an empty IRRE record has been left and the mm table filled with
uid_first_table=0. This causes the error message in TCE upon saving.
This comes from an empty record. I think there should be a check not to
save an empty record and also not into the intermediate relation table.
