[TYPO3-irre] Create new relation does nothing

I see, most of the patches are bugfixes for the 4.1 branch. I'll create
patches for the SVN Trunk. The reason in TCEmain is, that there were
several changes by Dmitry concerning workspaces and the patches have to
be adjusted.
