Thanks for the screenshot. Seems like the textarea is not fully
substituted by the object containing the RTEhtmlarea. And it also seems
that there is a positioning problem.

Do you have problems with RTE on standard content elements (tt_content)
or this this only related to IRRE?

However, this looks like a bug. Please go to the bugtracker at
http://bugs.typo3.org/ and report this as a new bug. Thanks in advance!
