[TYPO3-irre] Can't create child records after update to TYPO3 4.1.2

I noticed that creating of childs is not possible if the $TCA of the
child itself has a 'foreign_table' definition with an "itemsProcFunc".

Didn't find the time to investigate it in detail but that will probably
happen within the next week or so. Good chance it is a problem with the
way my 'itemsProcFunc' is working, caus it relys on a value in another
field within the same data-row. ;)
