[TYPO3-irre] Can't create child records after update to TYPO3 4.1.2

Same behaviour for me after an upgrade from TYPO3 4.1.1 to 4.1.2, with 
irre_tutorial v0.1.5 / PHP 5.2.1 on Apache on Windows XP; client: 
Firefox 2.0.0.6 on Windows

Do you know what's the problem ?
