[TYPO3-irre] Default Values in Child Records

Hey Olly,
Thanks for all the great work on IRRE. Just started using it for a
project and it will give our users a huge usability improvement.

One thing I've been having issues with is setting default values in
child records.  My defaults are read properly outside of IRRE but
inside child records there is no default present at all.  Is this a
bug or is there a configuration option I'm missing?
