[TYPO3-formidable] install tool not working after upload typo3 to the server

Hi there !
It has been recently reported on the T3 bugtracker.
You may have a look at [1] and [2] for further details.
It should be a bug circumcised to Branch1 only.
Technically, it's a matter of session_start() executed when it should
not. I provided a patch on the BT [3]
