[TYPO3-formidable] Install tool broken in TYPO3 4.4.1/4.3.4 if ameos_formidable is installed

Oliver,

We have released ameos_formidable 1.1.4 to the TER yesterday.
But we would like to stop supporting v1 of formidable, we are working on 
seminars upgrade to formidable v2 and any help would be welcome ...
