[TYPO3-extbase-kickstarter] solution: Can't store any extension - suhosin

And here is the origin of the problem.
In the php.in were definded extension suhosin.
After deleting that clauses, system is now running.
Is it impossible to use extensionBuilder in combination with suhosin?
