[TYPO3-extbase-kickstarter] ExtJS4 migration in core on hold

Hi.

the migration to ExtJS4 for TYPO3 core is on hold. There seem to be
major issues with stability and backward compatibility for 3.x modules.
All commits in git have been reverted today by Olly.

I hope this does not affect the development of the new Extension Builder
GUI.
