[TYPO3-extbase-kickstarter] blog_example and extbase builder + how do I learn about Fluid

very simple newbie questions:

-- is there a way to load the blog_example and look at it from within
the builder?

-- where do I learn the basics about the new Fluid template tricks. (I
have never used things like smarty.) I have seen
