[TYPO3-extbase-kickstarter] missing _mm table with manyToManyRelation

Kickstarter: aktuelle Trunk-Version,
TYPO3-Version: 4.5.0beta2, Extbase + Fluid auch von da.
Wire von der Relation zum Model gezogen,
das Problem besteht beim ersten mal genauso wie hinterher.
