[TYPO3-extbase-kickstarter] missing _mm table with manyToManyRelation

Hi!

First of all congratulations for your great work! Unfortunately I didn't 
have time to look at the kickstarter until now (not to speak of 
contributing) and it's really amazing to see how much progress is going 
on here, especially with the roundtripping feature.

I came across an issue with generating mm-tables. When I connect two 
Domain Objects, choosing an m:n relation, the corresponding mm-table is 
not generated in ext_tables.sql. I found the table in the code template 
of this file, but somehow its not rendered. What am I doing wrong? Or is 
this a bug?
