are you sure you use the latest revision?

This should be fixed since Rev. b8139270 2011-02-10 08:12.

The error message is caused by the missing formfield partials for the 
image and upload properties that were added some revisions before.

Nevertheless you have to add the logic for saving uploaded files 
yourself, since the extbase persistence manager does not yet support 
file upload. So far only the required database fields, TCA and the 
uploadfolder are generated (the latter should be generated in the 
Extension manager)
