[TYPO3-extbase-kickstarter] Layout and List view

Okay, the first one I found:

There is a change some days ago:

Does this mean that the current version of the extbase_kickstarter 
doesn't work anymore with TYPO3 4.4 (Extbase 1.2.1)?

Can this be a similar problem that there are no data records shown?

Which version of the extbase_kickstarter can I use for TYPO3 4.4? How do 
I get it?
