[TYPO3-extbase-kickstarter] Testing the extension builder

Hello developers,

I've tested the newest extension builder on TYPO3 4.5.2 with my own
extension. I added my extension and save it with the new extension builder.
And i saw that the extension builder does not generate the TCA as well with
mm relations.
