[TYPO3-extbase-kickstarter] making changes results in not being able to correctly save domain model

AFAIK all files are regenerated and therefore overridden everytime you 
save. we are currently trying to improve this behaviour by trying to 
merge the hand written code with the generated code. but this is still 
very alpha- i let you know when there are any news...
