[TYPO3-doc] I want build extension

This documentation  docs.typo3.org / typo3cms/ExtbaseFluidBook/4-FirstExtension/2-create-folder-structure-and-configuration-files.html  is not work on my typo3 7.10 , i want build extension ... on google more tutorials are germany, no more video, also in irc people not answer me....

For example i want build social login extension, how to start ?
