[TYPO3-doc] Updating extension documentation without updating extension

Hi,

I like the new REST format for documentations. But is there a possibility to update the documentation without updating the extension itself?

This would be great!

I see the advantage to outsource documentation eg. to wiki in forge. But I would prefer using the designated way (docs.typo3.org)
