[TYPO3-doc] Branches for 6.2 and version 7.0-dev

Hi all,

As discussed in the last team meeting, I have prepared several officials 
manuals to be ready to received updates for the upcoming version 7 of 
TYPO3 CMS. This means that I have created a "6-2" branch and changed the 
version on the "latest" to "7.0-dev".

The affected manuals are the following:

- Core Coding Guidelines

- Core APIs 
(https://github.com/TYPO3-Documentation/TYPO3CMS-Reference-CoreApi)
- TCA Reference 
(https://github.com/TYPO3-Documentation/TYPO3CMS-Reference-TCA)
- TSConfig 
(https://github.com/TYPO3-Documentation/TYPO3CMS-Reference-TSconfig)
- TSRef 
(https://github.com/TYPO3-Documentation/TYPO3CMS-Reference-Typoscript)
- TypoScript Syntax 
(https://github.com/TYPO3-Documentation/TYPO3CMS-Reference-TyposcriptSyntax)

Could someone please take care of updating docs.typo3.org accordingly 
for these manuals. For each of them, the rendering of the "6-2" must be 
added, the "stable" link must point to the "6-2" branch rendering and 
the "latest" link must keep pointing to the rendering of the "latest" 
branch.
