Who has privileges to edit the wiki landing page? These links are badly 
outdated. Apparently noone of the neos team has.

IMO it would be enough to link to the respective homepages 
(flow.typo3.org and neos.typo3.org) and maybe to the issue tracker 
(jira.typo3.org/browse/NEOS/).

But even removing the box would be better than the incorrect links ;)
