[TYPO3-doc] Trial phase for contributions via Github

Hi all,

We had this discussion a while ago about using Github mirrors of the 
official documentation repos to make it easier for anyone in the 
community to contribute. During the last team meeting we decided to 
start a trial phase using the TSref.

I have now published an announcement about this:
