[TYPO3-doc] Cross-linking to Doxygen

Hi Xavier,

As I'm backporting https://review.typo3.org/#/c/24148/ I have been using 
such api.typo3.org links.

>      t3cmsapi47:
>      -http://api.typo3.org/typo3cms/47/html/
>      - null
>      t3cmsapi45:
>      -http://api.typo3.org/typo3cms/60/html/
>      - null

However the objects.inv file does not exist below TYPO3 6.0. Can you 
check and get them ready for 4.5, 4.6 and 4.7 too, please?
