[TYPO3-doc] Wappalizer

Hi,

Just in case you are proud of using Sphinx to generate your
documentation, I "reverse-engineered" how Wappalizer is detecting that a
documentation has been created with Sphinx:

http://forge.typo3.org/issues/46661

Personally I find it cool to advertise this and as such, as you read,
EXT:restdoc does this automatically for you.

Perhaps something we might include on docs.typo3.org?
