[TYPO3-doc] ReST: Reusing an external link

Hi all (and I guess especially Martin, in this case ;-) ),

I just merged the following change:

https://review.typo3.org/#/c/18987/3/Documentation/ApiOverview/Logging/Processors/Index.rst

which uses 2 external links twice. Is there a way to define some kind of 
label and define the link only once? It seems unclean to have a 
redundant definition :-)
