[TYPO3-doc] Sphinx, There and Back Again

Hi, another thing for your interest

Because docs.typo3.org doesn't read sphinx from extensions, I generate manual.sxw automatically by use of sphinx singlehtml and soffice headless. On docs.typo3.org it is then generated back to sphinx.

This is what the result looks like:  http://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/esp/0.10.1/

Some warnings, but the roundtripping works basically.
