Please add an empty line after the " :header-rows: 1" line. I
didn't test the rest so I don't know if there are more errors.

Well, it's just a matter of understanding and getting used to it.

When you have big tables and you don't know how to debug try
making the rest of a table a comment by inserting ".. " (dot dot
blank) like in:

.. t3-field-list-table::
 :header-rows: 1
 - :Property:
         Property:

   :Data type:
         Data type:

   :Description:
         Description:

.. - :Property:            <==== make rest of the table a comment
         preselect:
