[TYPO3-doc] Enable "version switcher" for Flow/Neos docs

Hi all,

could someone please tell me what we have to do in order to enable the 
"Versions"-switcher for TYPO3 Flow and Neos at docs.typo3.org?
Currently it only shows an empty selector that leads to a non-existing 
page when clicked on.

It would be great to have one entry per branch, one for latest pointing 
to the git master and defaulting to the last release.
