[TYPO3-doc] Migration of system extension manuals

Hi all,

Just in case some of you here don't follow the Core list: I have just 
sent to Gerrit the patch corresponding to the migration of all TYPO3 CMS 
system extension manuals to reStructuredText:

Many thanks go to Martin for improving the OpenOffice conversion script 
and saving us a lot of tedious cleanups and to Christopher for doing 
some general cleanups. And - well - to yours truly for all the rest ;-)
