That's correct.

Or get even there:
http://srv123.typo3.org/~mbless/git.typo3.org/FLOW3/Packages/

Or use a local batch file with:


wget http://srv123.typo3.org/~mbless/git.typo3.org/FLOW3/Packages/TYPO3.FLOW3.git.make/request_rebuild.php

wget http://srv123.typo3.org/~mbless/git.typo3.org/FLOW3/Packages/TYPO3.TYPO3.git.make/request_rebuild.php

and then give that machine a few minutes ... :-)
