[TYPO3-doc] New extensions page

Hi all,

I improved the page a bit and the changes were deployed by Martin today:

- exact match is implemented. Since the list changes on each letter, 
there's no noticeable flickering effect, as was feared by some. Try 
searching for "news" now ;-)
- the default form behavior was disabled (no submit possible anymore).
- the note at the bottom of the page was improved a bit.

Wildcard search is not implemented yet, I have to think about it. Other 
features will happen as needs are expressed and time allows.
